Next comes a product discovery audit. We define what is needed, design the solution and hand over an action plan with a cost estimate that stays yours, whoever builds it.
Who you work with
Aleksander owns scope and commercial terms. The build is done by the engineers who scoped it, working directly with your team rather than through an account layer.
Communication
We work in European hours, by call and email, and inside your operation when the work calls for it.
After launch
The same team watches how the system is used, corrects weak cases and expands it where results justify it. You see all of it through the control surface.
